To ensure you get the maximum from your pamper kit, we suggest you………

Hit the kitchen and prepare your pamper recipes.

 Keep your hair away from your face with the headband and apply your chosen face mask.

 Pop any unused masks into your pot and place in the fridge for use later.

 Drop your fizzer into a warm bath and allow the relaxation to begin.

 Once your mask has done its job, remove any remains with your flannel and give yourself an all over clean with the bath sponge.

 Now it's glamour time. Comb your locks into sections and put in your bendy rollers.

 While you're waiting for the curls to set, pretty your nails with the nail files.

 Finish off the day by putting on your comfy socks, making a hot drink and nibbling on some chocolate biscuits - don't forget to clean your teeth!
